I had to have a part changed out the dealership staff had to keep letting me know that the part was still not in. I was frustrated however they were professional and understanding having to deal with me being upset it was taking so long as I needed my car and they had no loaners available. They did have it completed a day early exactly at noon as they promised which I truly appreciated and Zabrina was very apologetic regarding the wait time. I would give them a 10 on their customer service. Thank you.

Upon arrival for my appointment there was no way of knowing which service writer was the one I was assigned to. No name tags on the employees or name plate on their station. Then confusion on who was first in line to be written up for service. One writer late to work then having trouble with getting her computer going. No place to park upon arrival too many cars very little space to park while checking in. Check in process slow so my car was in a live drive lane with others during that process.
